"Unfortunately, I had to discontinue our policy with State Farm due to numerous billing issues over the past six months. When I started my coverage, we agreed on certain coverages; however, when I was involved in an incident, those coverages were not included. The only reason I did not give a one-star rating is because of Miss Angela. She is definitely an asset to the team and has been kind and professional throughout all the issues I’ve experienced. Unfortunately, they weren’t always resolved. I understand she can only do so much, but State Farm needs to improve its billing systems—they are down far too often. I know this because I’ve had to call every month due to billing issues."
